She’s a high class call girl. He’s taking over his father’s business.
Seven years ago, they fell in love in Paris.

They walked away at the end of the summer, never imagining they’d meet again.

Now he’s her client.

We fell in love the way you jump from a cliff. Hard and fast with a reckless sense of abandon. The six weeks we spent together changed my life, but at seventeen, I was naive. I was a dreamer. A believer.

Now I’m twenty-four and cynical. I don’t believe in love. There’s no place for such emotions as a high class escort. The only things I’m allowed to feel are physical – and that’s why it’s so damn hard when the client of a last minute job turns out to be the man I left in France seven years ago. When he buys me for six weeks at triple my rate, my agent makes it clear I have no choice but to take the job despite our previous relationship. And my heart makes it very clear I have to stay firmly on top of the cliff this time.

Because for six weeks, I once again belong to Aaron Stone.

Knowing that this book falls on the Adult genre, I already prepared myself from adult scenes. I personally like Emma Hart's works for she writes wonderful books with awesome endings. I've read some of her works and it never fails to amaze me and this book Late Call? I am not disappointed at all.

I think, this book is now added to my favorite books. The story is good, simple but good. It is heartwarming and heartbreaking at the same time. Honestly? I was like watching a movie when I was reading it. It is full of surprises and you'll get a hard time putting the book down once you started reading. The love story between Dayton and Aaron was one hundred percent perfect. From teenage love that once said broken and had another second chance, it was perfect. They are two different people who never forgets what love is. Reading this book makes me think if second chances are real.

Dayton and Aaron had a relationship before, back when they were young and back in Paris. Both of them broke up and decided to move on from their lives, both turned to a mature person and both never forgets to love. Dayton becomes  a classy call girl her clients are rich and big time. She dates men just for job and she never love any of them. Her second chance with Aaron began when her agent Monique called about some guy who needed a date on a party. Dayton agreed because it is still a job, but when she reached the event, she found out that her one true love was there. Aaron Stone the soon to be the CEO of Stone Advertising is her date. From then on, her world changed yet for Dayton she believes that "call girls don't fall in love".

Love is promising to give someone everything and not expect anything in return. - I believe here, I started to and maybe I'm doing it now, I'm not sure but this one touched my heart.

True love is never letting go despite all the odds being thrown against you. - We never know when true love is coming. It surprise us, it will just say Hello to you one day and you'll found out you're already in love. People will criticize you but no matter what they say, be you and don't let them puts you down.

Have you ever wanted someone so badly it hurts to look at them? Like, your world would fall apart if you don't have at least one touch from them each day? Like nothing else matters except the all-encompassing feeling of their lips against yours. - Honestly? I do.

I'm so hooked at the story and to Dayton-Aaaron's oh-so-perfect relationship! I love them together. But you know? maybe even though how much you love some people together if they are not meant to be time will come they will separate (maybe it's just me, who knows). Until now, I can't swallow down the ending! I can't imagine it happened even though I already have an idea but to know that it is true??? I just can't recover from the shock and goosebumps. That ending haunts me down, so that's it Emma? I'm torn in to pieces. (LOL)

I'm looking forward to the next book, I'm curious and I wanna know what will happen next. I need it right now. LOL

I really enjoyed reading the book, and I hope Aaron stone is real!

My Ratings

By day, New York Times and USA Today bestselling New Adult author Emma Hart dons a cape and calls herself Super Mum to two beautiful little monsters. By night, she drops the cape, pours a glass of whatever she fancies - usually wine - and writes books.

Emma is working on Top Secret projects she will share with her followers and fans at every available opportunity. Naturally, all Top Secret projects involve a dashingly hot guy who likes to forget to wear a shirt, a sprinkling (or several) of hold-onto-your-panties hot scenes, and a whole lotta love.

She likes to be busy - unless busy involves doing the dishes, but that seems to be when all the ideas come to life.
