The Week's Post Prompt

3 Book boyfriends, books they're in, and why you'll always love them

This is fun to answer and kinda hard to choose from the books I've read already but there are book boyfriend's that really stands out. These dudes are really the "dream guy" type and because of that I will never forget them.

Feature and Follow Friday ... (22)

It's been a long time since I didn't post any FF or answer Alison's questions, I've been so busy at work and I'm still trying to adjust my time and all. I'm also trying to go back to my old routine which is blogging and reading. Oh well.. I love today's question! :)

Question of the Week: If you could read a book for the “first time” again, which book would it be? Why?

I've read this book three times already and I will never get tired reading it again and again. Every time I open this book feels like I'm reading it for the first time. I felt in love with this book and this is the reason why I go back to reading. This book makes me cry always and I always feel every scenes. It's awesome.

This book is worth it, money and time and everything. I love it so much. I highly recommend this to other readers. It's really a good book! I've read it when I was in college coz my professor said so, at first I don't want to read it coz I'm not in to reading books anymore, but this book lead me back to my old hobby and here I am now, I've read lots of books and thanks to my prof.

Anyway, I won't make this long. Try reading this book! It's kinda pricey but it's worth it. I'll read the other books soon.

Feature and Follow Friday ... (21)

http://www.alisoncanread.com/

Question of the Week: What were your favorite books of 2013?

What a hard question! LOL. Honestly it's really hard to choose. Hmmm... well.. for me it's Shatter Me and Unravel Me by Tahereh Mafi also Taste by Kate Evangelista. Both authors wrote an interesting story and their book covers are so lovely. I also love After Hello by Lisa Mangum, American Girl on Saturn by Nikki Godwin, Eden Forest by Aoife Marie Sheridan and Escaping Reality by Lisa Renee Jones.

HAPPY #FF! Tell me what's on your list.

Feature and Follow Friday ... (20)

http://www.alisoncanread.com/2013/12/feature-and-follow-friday-178.html

Q: Tell us at least one new or unusual thing you’ve done in 2013.

Great question but I'm not sure how can I answer this one, so many things that happened to me and I'm not sure what to say. Well, I got work and my work is not related to what I finished in college, (well sort of not) coz I'm a Software Engineering graduate and my work is Networking Engineering related.. so it's kinda far right? I don't do programming there. So it's really unusual.

Feature and Follow Friday ... (18)

http://www.alisoncanread.com/2013/11/feature-and-follow-friday-175.html

Q: Are there any book to movie adaptations where you think the movie is better than the book?

For my opinion, I guess it's Harry Potter, all Harry Potter movies. Of course the book is good but then I appreciate the movie more because of the magic and stuff. I can see them moving and the live actions are way better. I read the book too but since I can't really see what's happening, I prefer the movie.

Don't judge me there, I enjoyed the book too though I prefer the movie more. I like seeing the effects of magic they're making and their emotions. It's cool.

I wonder what's your FF?

Feature and Follow Friday ... (16)

Another FF week, and they got an interesting question here.

Q: If you could only have ONE – one book – for the rest of your life. Don’t cheat…what would it be?

A really hard question, I have tons of books that I want for the rest of my life, and one isn't enough, but oh well, hmmm, so hard to think it took me 5 minutes to debate what book I want. I think, the best book should be Night by Elie Wiesel.
Night (The Night Trilogy, #1)

That was the first book I've read when I went back to reading and it's awesome in so many ways. I've read that for three times already and the goosebumps and emotions are still there. I always feel the heartbreaking scenes and it makes me cry. I honestly love this book so much and I will never get tired reading this book over and over.

Feature and Follow Friday ... (15)

Hi there I'm back to this meme and I honestly missed it, answering Alison Can Read & Parajunkee's question is fun! So here I am again posting my FF:

Q: Share something you’ve learned about book blogging or just blogging in general in the last month.

This is a hard question, I really don't know how to answer this one, well I guess there's one thing I can say I've learned that I should take down notes sometimes specially if I stopped reading for a while because of my work, coz after reading and you have to stop it's like being lost in a jungle. So I'll probably take down notes so that I can improve my blog.

Guess, that's all.

Q: Is there a song that reminds you of a book? Or vice versa? What is the song & the book?

I love this question, well.. for me when I hear that song I always think of the book and that is Safe and Sound by Taylor Swift ft. Civil Wars. It is such a perfect match to the book. I can imagine the scenes happened in The Hunger Games every time I hear the song play.

The next one is A Thousand Years by Christina Perri, this song always reminds me of the sweet scenes happened in The Twilight Saga, specially their wedding, it is so perfect. Another one for Twilight Saga is Bittersweet by Ellie Goulding.

These are my top three songs that reminds me of the books I've read. The Hunger Games and Twilight Saga. It was so perfect and matches the story line. It is awesome. So every time I hear these songs it makes me smile and reminds me of everything inside the book and I love it.

So lemme know what's on your mind?

Q: Have you broken up with a series? If so which one and why

Good question... hmmm.. this one's hard, but there's one series that didn't catch my attention and for me it's a boring one. I don't hate that series in fact until now I'm still curious about it. What book? It's the Artemis Fowl series. I am a fan of fantasy but these books really didn't have a thing on me. Do you know what I mean? Guess you do. But honestly I'm still curious about it I read the book one and I didn't continue reading the rest. I might disappoint myself but maybe someday.

Q: What blogger would you most like to meet in real life? Tell us about him or her.

Hmmmm... I wanna meet Mae of Bookworms' Avenue she's a good friend of mine and she's so kind to me we always talk in Facebook or in Twitter and we share each other's experiences while reading. Honestly I like her to be my best buddy! and I wanna hang out with her someday.. She's so far from my place you know? But I'm looking forward to meet her when the right time comes. I love her blog and I love her reviews.

I already met some of the bloggers like Kate of The Bookaholic Blurbs and she's a kind person and she's my blog mentor! She inspired me to make my own blog and helped me as much as she can. I met her when I won a book from one of her giveaways. Then I also met some bloggers during the Tahereh Mafi and Ransom Riggs book signing at the National Bookstore Glorietta. I'm really sorry if I can't remember your names guys but I know it was Kate's buddies, I met them all. I'm really sorry I'm not good at names.

Hope I can meet more bloggers and hang out with them.

That's it so I wanna know yours :)
